Pesto Chicken on Granary
2 dessertspoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Green pesto
85g (3oz) left over roast chicken, diced
2 granary deli rolls
2 tomatoes, sliced
55g (2oz) sliced cheese e.g. Cheddar or mozzarella
Handful of lettuce leaves
Pesto Chicken on Granary
Great served on home-made brown bread
Start by mixing together the Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise and pesto with the chicken and spoon over the two split rolls.
Then top with tomatoes, cheese and lettuce and sandwich together.
